After you place your order we email you a summary of your order.

The contract between us is only created once we send you the products you ordered, and not before.

It means we have accepted your offer and fully communicated this to you.

You may cancel any order prior to the point at which we email you to confirm dispatch of your order

Though we check our system frequently to try and avoid errors, things can occasionally go wrong with the ordering process. If we make a mistake we will do our best to put things right as quickly as we can, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We do however reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to dispatch, for example (but not limited to) where there is an obvious material mistake in the price or product information.

Please note we only deliver within the United Kingdom (Including Northern Ireland)

We deliver using First Class Mail where possible – for larger orders we may use Parcel Force 48

Delivery is normally within 3-5 Days

Personalised Orders

Please note that these can take up to 5 days to deliver from customer approval of proofs

Customers Own Materials for Personalisation: We reserve the right to reject any content or materials supplied or specified by the customer for the purposes of personalisation which in our sole discretion we consider to be unsuitable. Unsuitable might include but is not limited to content or materials which are protected by copyright, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory. Where this is the case we will cancel the order and reimburse any payment made
